Content of work:
• Maintenance of entrusted budgets – planning, analysis and assessment of reality plans, observation of potential deviations and presentation of suggestions for steps to increase profitability of orders, preparation of regular reports of company leadership
• Participation in financial statements – close cooperation with the finance department
• Creation, audit of financial calculations
• Cash flow formation and it’s follow up
• Maintenance of a bank account of an entrusted company – payments of salaries, advance payments, invoices, …
• Monitoring of overdue debts
• Occasional inspections of foreign subsidiaries
We require:
• An absolutely necessary requirement is an excellent knowledge of English (the position will take care of foreign subsidiaries mainly) • B2 level at least
• Economic education
• Analytical thinking
• Orientation in financial statements and knowledge of financial accounting
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Skill to set priorities and a good organization of work
