A maintenance worker is our guru of all sorts of activities related to the overall management and maintenance of the property. He is a supervisor of compliance with safety measures and regulations, a guard of revisions and repair work, and he can also repair a lock, tighten a screw or repair a switchboard. Vacancies
The variety of daily activities is guaranteed by work on various types of objects, such as industrial sites, administrative buildings or shopping centres. You will take care of the overall management and maintenance of the property. That means you will deal with activities related to electrical wiring, maintenance of heating, gas, air conditioning, routine maintenance -repair, replacement and installation. On some contracts you will also work at heights.
Are you manually and technically skilled? Then the first step accomplished! But for these positions, it is necessary to have a valid certificate of decree 50/78 Coll., at least § 6, vocational school or high school with technical field of study and criminal integrity. A great advantage is a permission to work with stable pressure vessels and if you can easily navigate within the technical parameters of managed objects and individual technologies (AC, electro, FP, EFS, HSE).
