For each of our positions, we have precise requirements from the client – such as knowledge of working on a PC, communicative English and others. If you do not meet the requirements given by the client, unfortunately, we cannot accept you for this position.

In the command position, the experience of leading people, knowledge of security technologies and overall knowledge of security issues are important.

Employer according to the Labour Code may demand the integrity of a job applicant, subject to the conditions specified in Article 316 (4) of the Labour Code. Integrity is the condition for working in a security agency according to the Trade Act. Employees prove it with a current criminal record. In addition, they must only have the legal capacity and be over eighteen years of age.

Under Act no.179/2006 Coll. as amended and further specification in Act no. 155/2010 Coll. effective from 1st August 2012, it is the duty of each employee of the private security service, employees of other organizations, enterprises and institutions who carry out work activities in the positions of a Guard, Receptionist/Doorman to meet professional competence. This obligation applies to every worker, regardless of the type of employment contract. The certificate is for life and valid throughout the Czech Republic.

The employer is obliged to give an employee a break from work for food and rest of at least 30 minutes after 6 hours of continuous work.

Given the size of our company and the location of individual workplaces across the country, this benefit cannot be set up to suit all employees.

Yes, the medical check-up is covered.

We don’t have paper meal vouchers anymore. Instead of the value of meal vouchers, we will provide you with a food allowance directly into your salary, and thus your part paid for meal vouchers is not deducted.

It is possible to work with a disability pension, no law prevents you from doing so. The pension rules do not contain any provision restricting the earning possibilities of invalidity pension beneficiaries. So it depends only on your state of health.

Since we have a lot of objects, and just at the informative interview we are solving which object/job position a particular candidate is most suitable for, then he/she must meet with the future supervisor. That is what the second round of the interview is for.

The employee communicates daily with the visitors of the objects, a client, a supervisor, almost all of them are Czech-speaking. Good knowledge of Czech is also essential when communicating over a walkie-talkie and solving problems.

Each employed person is entitled to 4 weeks of vacation. But if the employee has:

A weekly schedule of 40 hours a week in 8-hours shifts, he/she is entitled to 4 weeks of vacation. This is 20 days * 8 hours = 160 hours of vacation per year.
With unevenly distributed working hours with a working time of 38,75 or 37,5 hours per week in 11-hour shifts, he is entitled to 15 days. Thus, 15 days * 11 hours = 165 hours of vacation per year.

22nd day of the following month.

The entitlement to supplements is given by law, when the supplements are calculated according to the hours worked in the employment relationship. For hours worked on DPP or DPČ (part-time contracts), there is no entitlement to supplements.

The position rate is set by a Supervisor and is announced at the interview or before starting the shift.

In the case of a standard 12-hour shift, 11 hours are paid and 1 hour is an unpaid break.

Only tax advantages as of article 35 according to the relevant letter, the following documents are important for the application: a copy of the birth certificate, the original of the certificate of the employer of the other spouse. The claim is only when the employee has at least half the minimum wage.

If this amount is exceeded, the employee pays 4,5 % from the health insurance and 6,5 % from the social insurance + 15% tax from gross wages.

The employer pays for the first 14 days of sick leave – only for working days. The payment takes place on the payment deadline. Since day 15, the sick leave is covered by the Czech Social Security Administration, after receiving all documents, it has 30 days for payment.

These supplements are written down separately on each specifically named line of the payroll.

The deadline for receiving the payroll is 22.nd day of the following month.  Electronic payrolls are available earlier than paper ones. So the quickest way is to set up an electronic payroll with your employer.

The basic check is the number of hours worked x positional rate = gross wage.

The banking holiday and vacancies supplement shall be paid according to the average per holiday shown on the payroll. It is automatically recalculated for the next 3 months (quarter) from the previous 3 months (quarter). Leave is paid only at the termination of the employment relationship, during the employment relationship, leave is taken, and the employee is paid compensation for leave, which is calculated from the average.

Tax advantage for 1st the child is CZK 1 267, for 2nd child CZK 1 617, for 3rd and any other child CZK 2 017.

In case of confusion, contact your AM as soon as possible – hes/her phone number is listed on the payroll. When drawing a tax advantage, a taxpayer’s declaration must be signed, a personal deduction of CZK 2.320, and disability of the 1st and 2nd degrees CZK 210, disability of the 3rd degree CZK 420 per month, a student CZK 335.

The amount for each piece of uniform is written on the fitting and return sheet, which the employee signs when taking the uniform.

If this amount is exceeded, the employee pays 4,5 % from the health insurance and 6,5 % from the social insurance + 15% tax from gross wages.

Leave should be spent in the period (year) when it becomes eligible. If the vacation is not spent, then it is transferred to the next period and should be spent as soon as possible.

You can find the password to the electronic payroll on your employment contract. Alternatively, contact your Admin Manager who will tell you the password.
